Booking Agreement
By booking a tour with Eco Adventures Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking & Payment
A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon with our team. Payments can be made via bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour and depend on how far in advance you cancel. Please contact us directly for the specific cancellation terms of your tour package. In most cases, the advance deposit is non-refundable once confirmed due to permit and booking commitments.
Visas & Permits
Obtaining a valid Pakistan tourist visa and any required NOC or trekking permits is the traveler's responsibility, though we assist with documentation. Eco Adventures Tours is not liable for visa denials or permit delays and resulting trip changes.
Health & Fitness
Many of our tours involve trekking at high altitude and physical activity. Travelers should be in good health and disclose any medical conditions to our team before booking. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
Liability
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. While we take all reasonable safety measures, participants join at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and high-altitude trekking.
