The expedition starts in Islamabad and travels north toward Hunza and the remote Shimshal Valley. From Shimshal Village, the team treks through alpine pastures toward Shimshal Pass, where acclimatization and preparation for the summit take place. The summit attempt involves a substantial altitude gain and should only be undertaken when weather, route conditions and the climbers' physical condition are suitable. On clear days, the summit provides views toward the surrounding Karakoram and Pamir ranges. Day 1: Arrival Islamabad – airport pickup, hotel and expedition briefing Day 2: Islamabad → Gilgit / Chilas – flight subject to weather; road alternative if required Day 3: Gilgit/Chilas → Hunza – drive to Karimabad Day 4: Hunza → Shimshal Village – drive through the Shimshal Valley Day 5: Shimshal → Wuch Furzeen – begin trek Day 6: Wuch Furzeen → Arbab Purien – continue toward the high pastures Day 7: Arbab Purien → Shuijerav – trek toward the higher camps Day 8: Shuijerav → Shimshal Pass – reach approximately 4,735m Day 9: Acclimatization at Shimshal Pass Day 10: Acclimatization climb and summit preparation Day 11: Summit Attempt – Minglik Sar (6,050m) Day 12: Descent from the high camp / summit area and recovery Day 13: Trek back toward Shimshal Village Day 14: Complete trek to Shimshal and transfer toward Hunza Day 15: Hunza → Gilgit / Chilas Day 16: Gilgit → Islamabad by flight, subject to weather; road alternative if required Day 17: Departure from Islamabad
