Arrival in Skardu
Arrive in Skardu, expedition briefing and equipment check.
Askole
Drive from Skardu to Askole (3,000m), the last village before the wilderness.
Jhola
Trek from Askole to Jhola (3,200m) through the Braldu Valley.
Payu
Trek to Payu (3,400m) below the Baltoro Glacier.
Khuburche
Ascend the Baltoro Glacier toward Khuburche (3,800m).
Concordia
Reach Concordia (4,500m) — the 'Throne Room of the Mountain Gods'.
K2 Base Camp
Trek to K2 Base Camp (5,000m) and establish our camp.
Acclimatization & Summit Push
Multiple rotations to Camps 1-4 over the following weeks, then the summit bid above 8,000m.
Summit Day
The final push to 8,611m — an unforgettable moment above the clouds.
Descent & Return
Descend to Base Camp and trek back to Askole and Skardu for celebrations.
