Spantik Peak Expedition 2027 | Golden Peak 7,027m | Pakistan
Tour Overview
Spantik Peak Expedition 2027 The mountain is regarded as one of the more accessible 7,000-metre peaks from a technical climbing perspective, but its altitude makes it a serious mountaineering expedition. The normal route follows the Southeast Ridge from the Baltistan side. The expedition approaches through the remote Arandu Valley and the Chogo Lungma Glacier before establishing Base Camp beneath the mountain. Above Base Camp, the team uses progressive climbing rotations to acclimatize to approximately 5,100m, 5,600m and above 6,200m before attempting the summit. A suitable weather window is essential for the final summit push.
